Organizations* (Rehearsal) — $25/hr
Non-Profit Organizations* (Public Event) — $35/hr
For-Profit Organization (Public Event) — $50/hr
Any public class or event must be free. You may not sell tickets, though you are welcome to accept donations. Insurance certificate binder & damage deposit may be required.

**BLOCK BOOKING: Individual artists who would like to book the studio for 4 or more hours of time may request a block booking rate of $17/hr. The rental hours do not need to be consecutive to receive this rate, as long as they total at least 4.

- Sprung marley dance floor, 30’ x 40’
- Mirrored studio walls
- High-quality sound system with multiple input options
- Two single-stall all gender bathrooms
- Kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator
- Fully wheelchair accessible
With some exceptions, the studio is available for rental use M–F before 4:00pm and Sat/Sun after 2:30pm.

The Shawngrām Institute for Performance & Social Justice is located at 1197 University Ave W, St. Paul, MN 55104.

There is a small, ADA-accessible parking lot adjacent to our building. If you plan to park there, we advise approaching from the east along University Ave. Keep an eye out for the bright pink “Hair & Wigs” storefront— the turn-in to our lot is the next right! Plentiful free street parking is available on Dunlap St. and Griggs St. if the parking lot is full.
